Enter the billing address of the property (if different).

Enter the borrower's e-mail address.
Enter the phone number of the borrower.
Enter the e-mail address of the lender/title company.

Loan Information

Enter the loan number.
Enter the type of mortgage (1st, HELOC, etc).
Select whether the property is being sold
Enter the Payoff Good Through Date.

Select whether to rush this payoff request (rush fee is $50.00).

Notice

  • Normal return time is 72 hours. If a Rush is requested, payoff will be returned within 24 hours for a $50 fee.
  • Do not request a payoff unless the new loan is approved. There will be a $50 duplicate request fee for each additional payoff statement we send.
  • Payoff requests from title companies must be made through the website.
    Requests from borrowers may be through the website, in person or by phone.
  • Borrowers' signed authorization is required to process a payoff request. Please click here for the required authorization form. Other borrower authorization forms may not be accepted. The authorization form should be returned by email to payoffs@victorycommunitybank.com.
