Bank Teller / Customer Service Representative (Full Time & Part Time)

 

Location: Union Banking Center

 

Do you enjoy helping customers? Join our team of banking professionals who are empowered to provide thoughtful advice and develop the right solutions for each customer. As part of the Victory Community Banking team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service in daily transactions, customer inquiries and problem resolution in accordance with Victory Community Bank policies.  You will refer customers to the appropriate business partners for product and service needs uncovered during business transactions and/or conversations.  You will consistently meet and exceed sales referral goals as set by management, promote good customer relations with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help at all times.

 

As a Bank Teller / Customer Service Representative you will develop rapport with the customer base, greet them by name, be responsive and timely with correspondence and problem resolution and display a caring attitude.  You will perform financial center opening and closing duties, handling cash and processing customer transactions, initiating conversations with customers to uncover their needs and referring them to the appropriate business partners to meet personal and financial center referral and sales goals.  You will also be performing other daily office responsibilities to maintain the efficient operation of the financial center.

 

 

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Banking, Retail, Sales or other role that involves cash handling and customer service

  • Interact confidently and comfortably with the public

  • Willingness to offer product and services to our customers and prospects
  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to work well in a team environment to service customers
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to follow procedures
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High school degree, GED
  • Ability to work branch hours, including weekends
  • Friendly, engaging personality

Community Banker (Full Time)

 Location: Ft. Mitchell Banking Center

As part of the Victory Community Banking team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service in daily transactions, customer inquiries and problem resolution in accordance with Victory Community Bank policies. 

 

The Community Banker role is a sales position with a primary focus on sales development and relationship building through the promotion of deposits, loans, and other services and the retention of customers.  Responsible for selling a full range of banking products and services to meet existing and prospective customers’ needs while providing specialized care and service to existing and prospective bank customers.  You will perform financial center opening and closing duties, handling cash and processing customer transactions, initiating conversations with customers to uncover their needs and referring them to the appropriate business partners to meet personal and financial center referral and sales goals.  You will also be performing other daily office responsibilities to maintain the efficient operation of the financial center.

 

 

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking, Retail, Sales or other role that involves cash handling and customer service

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for deposits, loans, and other Banking services

  • Proactively reach out to customers and prospects to set appointments and periodic financial reviews

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Retail Consumer and Small Business products/services

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to work well in a team environment to service customers
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to follow procedures
