- Normal return time is 72 hours. If a Rush is requested, payoff will be returned
within 24 hours. - Do not request a payoff unless the new loan is approved. There will be a $50
duplicate request fee for each additional payoff statement we send. - Payoff requests from title companies must be made through the website.
Requests from borrowers may be through the website, in person or by phone. - Borrowers' signed authorization is required to process a payoff request.

authorization forms may not be accepted. The authorization form should be
returned by email to payoffs@victorycommunitybank.com.
