Construction loans
We will lend you the funds to build your dream home on your own lot or one owned by a developer. Unlike other banks, we will allow you to be your own contractor if you have the demonstrated skills. We will lend you up to 90% of the lot and cost to build. We know construction lending.
Victory Portfolio Loan
Is your purchase or refinance a little different? Are other lenders telling you it will only work with sky-high rates and points? Call up. We can do non-warrantable condos, home loans with acerage, purchase with escrows for improvements, and loans up to 90% of purchase price without mortgage insurance.
Bridge/Blanket Loans
Is your home not sold and your new dream home is complete? Do you need an approval not subject to the sale of your current home? We have both blanket and bridge loans that advance the equity in your current home and allows you to have only one monthly payment.
Investment Property
We can do small commercial real estate projects, apartments, mix use property, non-owner occupied, and four families as portfolio loans. We will give you quick answers. Our closing cost will be very low compared to other banks.
No Mortgage Insurance Option
Before you agree to a loan with mortgage insurance, call us. We can do a purchase money second mortgage that keeps your first mortgage at 80%, avoiding mortgage insurance.
